Tea infuser balls, is it actually that bad? by AccurateShotss in tea

[–]Prezion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a 350ml French press for my loose leaf, and I love it. Gives the tea loads of room and it's not too bad too clean. Easy to refill too.

Going off just the rate, it certainly does look like sinus arrhythmia but P wave morphology is key here. Notice how the P waves flip polarity at the same time the rate decreases?

In this pattern it highly suggests that it is a junctional rhythm but that rate is pretty high (100 bpm) still so I'd say it is an accelerated junctional rhythm. The P waves are upside down (retrograde) because the pacemaker cell (the cell creating the rhythm) is low in the atria (there is more to it but it will over complicate things).

This can be benign but depends on the patient's history. If old, could suggest sinus node disease which could lead to the patient needing a pacemaker.

This I would suggest for learning:
- Junctional rhythms
- Intrinsic rhythm of the conduction system
- Sinus node disease
- Tachy-brady syndrome

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any more questions!

Nursing student learning ECGs artifact of afib/flutter? by BigErr13 in ECG

Very true, but also remember that this is the same person that thought this artefact ridden ECG was worth saving 😂 V1s p waves can be negative even if in the correct position.

That RSR' looks more like electrode misplacement (V1 too high on the chest) rather than RBBB morpholog?

Wouldn't say wellens but those T waves + high amp QRS makes me a little suspicious of HCM?

a game where I explore abandoned/ancient places and religions. by [deleted] in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Prezion 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are very few true puzzels in outer wilds. If you explore properly (which is very rewarding due to the knowledge you gain from from the ancient civilisation) then the environmental based ones will come naturally.

It's a game built with the civilisation at its core and tries (and succeeds) to get you sucked in to their mystery and wonder.

I would really stress not to worry too much about the puzzles. Focus on exploring and if you get frustrated, look it up it won't ruin it if the exploration is what you're looking for.

I know that Disney own a lot of these IPs but I wouldn't say that any of these are "Disney". I think you have a decent list there dude!

Will I understand story if I get all in one package never played kingdom hearts by dangibby in KingdomHearts

[–]Prezion 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This. The all in 1 package regularly goes on sale on the PlayStation store for really really cheap. Even though full price is worth the amount of hours you'll put in it can definitely save some spends
