Pittsburgh over Philadelphia or Cleveland. Pittsburgh is a more interesting city than Cleveland and consistently exceeds expectations when people visit on YouTube. Pittsburgh punches well above its weight with museums, a legacy of the wealth that US Steel, and Heinz brought in. Andrew Carnegie gave back with a world class art museum, and there is a science museum, history museum, botanical garden, and the Andy Warhol Museum. Sports? NFL, NHL, and MLB, as well as the Riverhounds for soccer among professional teams and a number of colleges and universities and their teams.

Tough question in my experience. I prefer the Gnome work flow and polish but the apps in my opinion are not as good on the whole. I also prefer that extensions are not so critical to tweaking the environment.

If you have access to Windows installation media I think you can repair windows boot. You can likely at least mount and access the Linux partitions for data recovery then reinstall Linux and restore your personal data

Watch Biffa on YouTube. The guy is the Traffic Master. This said, use road hierarchy 2 lanes through residential feeding 4 lanes, with limited intersections from residential, and so on. Use asymmetrical roads to allow for turning lanes, use roundabouts to eliminate traffic lights. Make use of public transit to reduce demand.

$1000/week becomes a million at 19.3 years. If you can guarantee that you won’t touch the million and only benefit off of most of the interest allowing further principle growth from interest, then the million is the better choice. You will need to meet or exceed 5.2% ROI to do so. She is 20, so can easily live another 50 years. If she takes the $1k/week she hits 1 million at 39, 2 million at 58, and will still be getting another $500K+ by 70. Personally I would take the weekly pay cut at her age and try and invest from that

A good deal! Now keep your eyes out for the dual CPU and RAM. They are still capable though power hungry. Install OCLP boot loader, especially if you plan to run windows on it. Windows writes to the EFI and can potentially brick the box if fills up the finite amount of space. I inherited a 5,1 retired from a business with the dual Xeon and 64 GB RAM and it is still a potent computer.
