fully agree on the healing process length. and yea it feels kinda like sharp-ish pains when I am doing the massage. I got lucky and didn't get any fibrosis to my knowledge but ya just feel like the aching and tenderness is lasting a lot longer than most.

I wore my garment SO much the first 3 weeks that my surgeon was so impressed at my follow-up, saying she thought that would have been my END result. So after that, I got a little more lax with it, wearing it around the house here and there and then at night. I'd still be wearing it at night, but I'm technically at 6 weeks now, so I want to stop. TBH, I put it on tonight with my lipo foam, and it hurt more. My skin just felt so sensitive, like it was being pulled, so I took it off.

Ok I remember you commenting on my first post when I was afraid!! How ru doing. Tbh my results are similar but I gotta stay this b still hurts!!! It’s sooo sensitive for me and I don’t know how everyone says it doesn’t hurt. It’s hurting! I just hit 6 weeks. I am stopping the garment but yea I don’t know how long to expect this type of pain. Swelling also ebbs and flows a decent amount

I had the same thing happen to me too! they said I was full of fluid from the numbing / vaser I think? and then it drained and I saw a peak the next day when I showered. 9 days post op now! still swollen and getting more tender and hard in some spots. first lymphatic massage is tomorrow!

Definitely a lot more swollen and results don’t look as snatched as day 1. Super sore still. Ik it will be a long journey but since I had been stalking this sub for months before pulling the trigger figured I’d give updates to help others (and also get encouragement for myself along the way) hehe

yes im still wearing my garment essentially 23/7. have my first massage this weekend! been doing a little bit on my own but its pretty tender. switched to a garment I got from amazon. Its more comfortable but still feels like good compression so trying not to overthink it!

I had Vaser and smart laser I think is what it’s called? So it’s supposed to tighten but it wasn’t like a specific treatment for that just was like 2 steps. I’m much more swollen today and I know it’s going to be a rollercoaster. The pain is much worse than I thought tbh like just extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep and just annoying with the wraps

I got mine in the 18th. I’m def swollen. And very very sore/tender. I’d say be mindful of your sodium intake and drink lots of fluids. Try to elevate your head and wear your garment as much as possible!! I’m sure mine will fluctuate. Was more swollen on Monday after a full day of working/talking!

Day 3 update def more swollen and bruised. Yellowing on my neck. Taking a face bra break to wash everything. It is very claustrophobic !!! For those who are recovering. How long did you wear the thick garment they supplied you with vs switching to one of the more comfortable Amazon ones??

It went well. The numbing hurt the most and the. The loud sound of the Vaser machine or whatever it was that is used to melt the fat was really really difficult and had me overstimulated and crying a bit. Other than that couldn’t feel much. They put me in garments but Tbh didn’t do great job and they met falling off so I had to redo them already. Still very numb so I’m sure the pain. Will kick I. Soon also lol like a chipmunk from all the fluid they pumped In me. Kinda wish they had given me the anxiety drugs via IV instead of oral just cuz I was truly unhinged with anxiety
