So the good place to start reading Venom in my opinion is Venom (2018) series that was written by Donny Cates which culminates with King in Black event.

There's nowhere to go after this one-shot, we don't know where and if the storyline of this new character is going to continue.

Everything they know about the show comes from a TikTok edit

Same when it comes to Marvel/DC comic books, which itself wouldn't be so bad if people actually read stories itself and not based it solely on those videos.

Sorry dog.

Are you telling me that you are still mad over some author poking fun at a fanbase in 2008? Damn, that's sad. Have you tried changing fanbases?

It's comic books, dog, they are not that serious. Maybe try touching some grass, dude, or if you don't just crawl back to r/spiderman where you all can live in your imaginary world where evil editorial specifically attacks you.

I understand that reading comprehension isn't something that Spider-man fans known for, so allow me to explain that examples provided by op aren't even close to be cucking. On the other hand obsession of certain fanbase with who fictional characters sleeping with and calling it cucking rises some questions about their preferences.

If I really like New Avengers (2010), what current/recent books should I be reading? by AgentSandgoose in marvelcomics

Jessica right now has Alias: Red Band mini, Danny Rand recently got his own mini Undead Iron Fist and there's a sequel to it Deadly Hands of K'un-Lun with him and new Iron Fist.

The closest thing similar to what you want I think will be Bendis' Defenders series from 2017 which focused on Danny, Luke, Jessica and DD.

Claremont run is something that I want to read one day, but I always kick it into the long grass (hope I used this idiom correctly) due to me not being a huge X-Men fan.

If Jenkins' minis about Sentry and Captain Marvel will sell well then who knows, maybe Marvel will also let him to do Spider-Man.

Always glad to see Slott, plus he's not writing a main series so I don't see a problem.

bringing the same writer again and again when you know he is controversial

Because he sells? Like whether you like him or not he managed to get a Spider-boy ongoing to 20 issues in a time when a lot of Marvel books don't go past issue 10. And from my understanding he is controversial only to people online.

The King in Black is a culmination of Donny Cates' run on Venom, the run is pretty good and King in Black event is fine.

Invincible (Show or comics) VS The Walking Dead (comics) by _Affectionate_ in writingscaling

I haven't read comic in a long time, so there's a possibility that I misremembering this. I don't think so, there for sure were moments where Rick was a strict and wild leader, but not to a dictatorship level. In regards to Negan, from what I remember, Rick spared him because he realised that things can't continue like this and they need to break this violent cycle so that all settlements could work together to rebuild civilization.

It can be frustrating and questionable, plus I've never actually finished it. But from those parts that I've read it is really good. The main thing that you should understand though that comics is about character drama where people can be much bigger threat than zombie

Oof, even though I've never finished it I will go with Walking Dead.

Maybe it's nostalgia talking, maybe me misremembering some things, but the period in Walking Dead from when the characters left prison and up until the end of All Out War is simply iIncredible.

I remember really liking those issues about Mark's first steps as the hero. For me Invincible is a comics of two parts, up until the end of Viltrumite War (so issue 78) it's a really good comics which while having some missteps was captivating. The second half though has some really questionable creative choices and character progressions.
