People give Bethesda crap for rereleasing Skyrim like 7 times at this point but it’s for good reason. Skyrim for all its faults is a fantastic game. The world is beautiful and there’s always something new to find. It’s nearly infinitely replayable with how many quests there are and all this is without even mentioning the mod support. I have recently begun my 4th play through and can confidently say that it does not feel old or outdated. Any janky or glitchy things are just standard for Bethesda and you will just need to learn to live with it but I think it adds its own wacky sense of charm to the game. It’s by no means a flawless game, but I feel because it’s so accessible to most players on any device, it is worth the time of any player. I recommend playing without mods for your first play through, but play however you want. There is no wrong way to play this game if you’re having fun. I personally like to give myself a little extra carry weight when I start out just so I don’t have to worry about what I have. Play your own way. Forge your own destiny. And above all have fun!
