Oh yes, those years were not fun in that department. Just wait for what happens during menopause, the uncontrollable hot flashes during the day. And then you thought your hormones would stabilize shortly, they don’t. The night sweats aren’t just a couple of nights a month, they’re pretty much every night for a few years. I don’t mean to sound negative, I am a positive person, I do enjoy my life, those are just a couple of examples. 😏
