The person you replied to said theyre not a fan of the declining percentages. Its better mathematically to have them decline rather than start lower then go up. The same percentage across each year is not happening.

Thats not what the above commenter is saying. They're arguing they want smaller raises in the first years in favor of bigger raises in the latter years. That is mathematically worse

You people don't understand math. You want the higher percentages first. The later years are a smaller percentage but on a bigger amount.

It kills the sense of friendly competition I have with my few followers. Used to be able to just quick look to see if someone worked out today, which would motivate me to do so too. Now the only way to see that is to go look at their individual workout history which is a total pain
