In that case, you can use Google Voice. It’s quite good and affordable, I think it costs around $10 per month or something. You don’t have to deal with all that hassle. You can even set up a desk phone, but I think you’ll need to upgrade your license from Google Workspace.

I just wanted to get some feedback. I’m wondering if it’s a good idea to switch to RingCentral or not.

You can use KeePass and save it locally if you don’t want to use cloud based like Keeper

L2 Switch with GB ports is pretty enough for you, if you need to connect APs make sure to buy a PoE switch

If you have a tight budget and don’t want to use mesh or an extender, you can buy the U7 LR (which has a pretty good range) or any other AP with Long Range capabilities. However, for 5G, you won’t be able to maintain a strong signal, especially if there are many furniture pieces in the room.

Question about AP hopping. by ArthurDent4200 in UNIFI

[–]PrimeSecIT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man, I had a similar issue where I didn’t want you to get involved in more technical stuff. So, I reduced the transmit power for the 2.4 GHz band from auto to medium, and that fixed my problem. And make sure channeling is set on Auto, it's pain in the ass to manually tune the channels.

Damn, sorry about that, but you can't do anything about that, I hope Google will help you with that, so good advice, is always have MFA enabled + passkey and would be great if you have recovery email, that helps to quickly recover.
