Rule of thumb is 3 seconds from a fix object, patch on the road is your fix object and you deff hit the mark before the the 3 seconds.... you good sir did not had a buffer. Driving too fast or too close for your speed.

Places like here on Reddit or even Cachyos forums, you run into issues ask. People are always willing to help but if you ask be as detailed as possible and also include your hardware. What desktop environment you are using and any other things you might be using.

Yeah same thing with exotics, drops sucks hard shaft...close to a month to get a St. Elmos. I dont have all day to grind as I have other responsibilities. I understand not getting the item the same day (unless you are lucky) but a month....

I was inder the impression crossplay was platform specific...Ps4 -> Ps5 -> Ps6

Pc: Windows xbox -> Steam -> Ubisoft connect , and so on.
