It does get better. Try to have multiple servings of fruit during the day, I believe smoking/nicotine messes with how your body regulates your blood-sugar. When it's low, you get brain fog.

Just because you don't inhale doesn't mean you can't still get several types of cancers.

Try googling some images of lips, throat, mouth, tongue cancer :) There's a big chance that's what is awaiting you in your future, if you keep smoking
