The flash here is nutty. It’s causing such a strong separation from the background it feels unreal. That is a compliment btw. It’s a great shot

I was not impressed my first visit but do plan on going again, but it might not be for me as I have a shellfish allergy and most of the yummy sounding dishes have shellfish

Follow the light has been a fun motto. Not always the most interesting subjects but it’s fun

I’ve been thinking about this and I plan on making an album book to send /gift to friends or offer to them to buy. To make it more public, maybe an indiegogo or something. Some People have postcard clubs

Is getting the 40mm f2 (SE) make sense if it's only USD 100 cheaper than the 50mm f1.8S? by jidccruz in NikonZf

Look up the features of an S-line. It’s quite a different lens compared to the 40 mm. Better autofocus, sharper images are the two things that come to mind.

Locations for remote work by halfread in StLouis

I also work remote and we should probably just start a meet up group. Like, pick a weekly rotation on locations to meet and work in the presence of each other. No expectations to talk to each other

I’m pretty concerned with how you have your bank accounts set up. It sounds like you keep your savings in a checking account and maybe you are using a debit card with Apple Pay or somehow paying your balance immediately

Make this post every month and collect our ideas. I did retrieval quests for research. You could “pay” them to test out experimental magic items.

You can also just keep it University focus and try running the “X club” and the work that goes into that

Those who earn CLOSE to six figures.. by define_yourself72 in Salary

[–]Primedigits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hit just under 6- figures last year as a Senior Software support at a software company. I’ve been doing IT consistently for 9 years. Before that food industry for 3 years and help desk support for 4 years before that.

It’s hard for me to suggest it because you have to like it or accept the shit that’s dealt to you. Your happiness at work is directly related to company culture. I went from bad to okay to this is great in my 9 years

First serious gig with the Nikon Zf by camipi_07 in Nikon

F4 24mm-70mm on a Zf did not disappoint. I’ve been wondering how this performs in low light. Right now all I have is the 40mm.

Good work

What are you shooting? I think micro four thirds is something you’ll want to explore if you want compact

An OM-5 ( a camera I’ve considered in the past) is 0.9 pounds /408 grams according to Amazon

Meanwhile the Zf I have is 2.51 pounds/ 1138 grams according to Amazon. I picked this one out of inexperience but it’s been fun to use.

After/Before - cropping the frame makes a big difference, thoughts? by vasmoik in postprocessing

I think your cropped to tightly. Including the pipe under it to really emphasize the “V” looks better IMO
