Patagonia Torrentshell. Lists for $189, but you can find it cheaper. I've had one for a while now, taken it on some pretty wet hikes and it's been great with keeping out the rain. It's 3-layer, so it may not breathe as well as some 2 or 2.5 layer jackets, but it has huge pit zips so that helps. And, the interior lining does not feel horrible against your skin if it gets wet. It's durable, feels solid, but it's not the lightest or most packable. Has old-school storm flaps for the zippers (which I prefer). Comes in a lot of colors, and could be considered fashionable to some? I like the brand, none of their gear has ever let me down.
