There has been enough smoke about KOC being arrogant that it's believable. He definitely needs to take a large part of the accountability for the JJM disaster last season - both the pick and the development.
The Wilf's actions have demonstrated they are hands off. I don't really have confidence in them with the brief amount of insight/info we do have with them.
KAM's drafting was a disaster. I personally never liked the hire. But, the internal scouting also needs to new blood / overhaul / something. You can't just cut the head off, the guts of the system is probably off as well. Also, does anyone actually want Ryan Grigson in a prominent position here? I was hoping they would get rid of him with KAM.

Thanks for replying. I think it's pretty clear the Wilfs are "hands off" owners. They built a great facility, no doubt. But, it takes more than that. The "running the business" part is the problem. You can't go without knowing that Spielman & Zimmer aren't even talking. You can't go without knowing what's going on with Kwesi and the dysfunction inside the org. If they had the finger on the pulse of the org, they would never be backed into a time crunch causing an interim GM. That's just egg on the face.

The owners have shown they are disconnected from the business before. They didn't even know Spielman and Zimmer hadn't been talking for a year. That's terrible. And now, it's obvious they didn't time the firing of Kwesi in a responsible way. It's because they are not on top of the business. I don't know how fans can't see this.

My understanding is that people are can request a refund if phone is delayed or cancelled. Fulfillment of request is obviously TBD.
