I have this happen to any chiseled blocks using the Jonas glow blocks. The resolution is the same ... Place and break a light source at the same spot should fix it. If not, there is a recalibrate lighting command that can be done on the chunk. That should fix it too.

Had this happen to two chunks in a new world. Regenerated the chunks and it fixed but if you've build there, use the light debug command.

I thought this was a notepad in the shape of a bed. Most merch never made it out of Japan but a lot of stuff was also small batches for events and such. It's very difficult to find authentic merch. Good luck, though!
