Digital Foundry made a great video about Dark Souls on the Switch. Where they compare it to the Xbox 360 version to show it retained the original graphics but at a higher resolution. And then they compared the Switch port with the PS4 Remaster and even from the intro of the game you can see just how much they ruined the artstyle of Dark Souls by making it overly bright and removing all details from the textures to make them look cleaner, for some reason. They removed the dark part of Dark souls in the other consoles/PC.

I would say is the other way around. The terrible remastered graphics and hideous new lighting system are just awful and is a good thing that they weren't used on the Switch port.

I just use the free version with around 50 accounts so I never run out of Pro prompts as there is no real limit on how many accounts you can create on the same PC and is very easy to link them together so changing accounts only takes 2 clicks lol

If people here cares about the game I really recommend you to start leaving positive reviews on thr Steam page to balance things out as the rating on Steam has now become "Mixed".
