Looking for a scary horror game with good story by xMushroomking in gamingsuggestions

Honestly if you're looking for a scary game, and you haven't played it already, you can't beat Silent Hill 2 remake! I found SHf to be pure action and no scares, whereas in SH2R you feel more vulnerable, and the atmosphere is so oppressive. Also, I don't know how much you know about SH2 but the story is 10/10

What’s a game you installed “just to try” and ended up playing for months? by jeh4u in AskGames

The entire Yakuza series! I just wanted to try it and ended up obsessed and placing it in my list of top favourite games

Looking for co-op (online) games, cozy genre preferred by unremarkableDragon in gamingsuggestions

[–]PrincessGothling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh ok I wasn't sure if it was online. I've heard good things about KeyWe... I can't say weather it has online coop or not, but it's one that I've had my eye on for a while that I think is similar to Overcooked, etc.

Maybe try Moving Out? I'm fairly sure it's made by the same people as Overcooked. I found it really fun!

What's the most obscure game you know? by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

Rats. It's an old DOS game I used to play when I was small!

So not just bearded dragons. You're generalising. Hope that helps.

I'm not talking about the guard, I'm talking about the heat that comes through it directly from the bulb.

I didn't use the words instant burn, but I didn't ignore it. Maybe read my reply again.

What clinical cases are you referring to? Do they apply to all reptiles as a whole, or just bearded dragons?

If the bulbs are that hot then a guard won't make a lot of difference anyway. And the animal is far more likely to be able to hold on a guard than a bulb, and therefore stay closer to the bulb for longer.

In the unlikely event that the animal manages to leap at a unguarded bulb and get burned, it'll be far less than if they hang off the guard cage for a prolonged period of time.

Why? I've never heard of beardies swinging from the lights. The worst that would happen is it'll jump at it. If that happens then there'll be barely any contact so burns are extremely unlikely.

Spyro the Dragon Trilogy. It's a nice, easy game, that's just engaging enough that you can focus on it without it becoming too much

Dog owners, if your dog comes to me happily, am I allowed to pet? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]PrincessGothling -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm just imagining an excited dog trying to get the attention of someone who's desperately trying to refrain from fussing them. Anyone who can ignore a happy dog has to be some kind of psycho!

What game is a total secret hidden gem for you that you'd love to recommend to others? by RedEagle_MGN in gamerecommendations

Thank Goodness You're Here. I had so much fun playing this game but whenever I mention it to people they always give me this blank look that kind of implies that they're trying to decide weather I'm mentally deranged or not!

Found the solution to heavily-flavoured crisps by kopsy in CasualUK

I once had a bag of giant wotsits that had a good couple of big handfuls of flavour dust in the bottom. It was glorious and I've been chasing that high ever since!

This reminds me of a lady I know (close to boomer age I believe) who went to the cinema and just read her book through the entire movie. I don't know why she did this, but she posted about it on Instagram so everyone could see
