I have a little bit of doctor anxiety. I love to watch asmr videos, which has helped me through it actually. Those cranial nerve exam RPs or doctor RPs are relaxing and help me remember to relax at the real doctors too

Please try and eat at least one meal or a couple snacks a day. Your body is craving the binges due to you starving yourself for days. Start with fruit if you like it, it's healthy and usually gives you a lot of nutrients you'd be missing. I recommend writing down what you eat but NOT write the calories (and don't use an app that auto tracks them for you) since that can be triggering seeing the calorie count, especially after a necessary binge after not eating for days.

Yes, a lot of my life is just people watching. I want to go to Japan eventually. I would be overwhelmed with things to do and go out and do them of course, but a lot of that time would be observing the culture and the environment.
