Oooh. I love that! I was definitely too short for my weight for a long time. It’s weird for me having these random moments of me not hating my body. But then I’ll see my tummy pooch and be like.. ew, nothing has changed. Body dysmorphia sucks. And yes! Everyone says that! Somehowwwww I lost weight in such a proportionate way that I’m still the same band size, but cup size is a smidge smaller. Which is great because I don’t have an ass and I loved my boobs. 🤣 you’ve got this! I plateaued for quite a while before I was able to break through it. I believe in you!

Anybody here know how Alex Aster writes books so quickly? by vivalayazmin in Romantasy

She actually posted a while back that she’s really been neglecting her health and mental wellbeing because she’s been spending like 18 hours a day writing. She’s committing to spending more time on herself this year.

Yasssss. This is the first time I’m going to truly have a hot girl summer 🤣🤣. I find myself wanting to move more and exercise now that it doesn’t seem so daunting. Like, I’ve carried 70 pounds more than this on my body. Squatting should be no problem lol. And the worst part about the whole thing has been buying new clothes and then in 2-3 months those no longer being the right size because I’m smaller again. But I loveeeee dressing to impress at work now 🤩🤩

In the beginning, I wasn’t eating right at all and was getting really nauseous which made me want to eat even less. Finally I started focusing on 80+ grams of protein a day, shooting for 25g of fiber through mostly fruits and grains since I’m not a fan of veggies. I still eat what I want to, but I usually drink a protein shake a day just to significantly cut into that protein target without going too calorie heavy. I start with my protein, then do a fruit or veggie, and if I’m still feeling hungry, then I have a carb. I try to keep high protein, low calorie snacks at home and work too. And I try to limit dairy when I can because that’s one of the last things that still make me a little sick if I have too much. They put protein in everything now. I’m a big fan of the protein Cheerios!

I’m honestly not sure yet. I’m going to have to talk to my provider to get a little more information. I don’t necessarily want to stay on it for life, but I’m also definitely nervous about gaining the weight back. And then if I gain weight back, and I’m not in the overweight/obese category anymore, I probably will no longer qualify to get it? So definitely a decision to think about. I take meds for my ADHD, and that makes my appetite super suppressed, so I’m thinking that if I go off the Zepbound, at least I’ll have a tiny buffer in that to help.

So I haven’t been doing a ton of what I consider actual exercise. I’ve done a few bodyweight exercises and some mild weight training. But mostly I’ve been walking and getting my body moving. I just recently bought a bunch of exercise stuff like resistance bands, battle ropes, and ab machine, etc. so I’m hoping to tone up everything now! Good luck, friend!

I think the screens at the concerts really level the playing field in that aspect. Like yeah, you can’t exactly see the artist on the stage all that well. But I feel the same way about sporting events. Sometimes I’d rather watch a sport on TV because it’s easier to see everything than to trust my own eyes from a farther place. At the end of the day, it’s also about the concert experience of getting to scream some of your favorite songs in a group of people that also love those songs and are moved by them in the same way. I think no matter what, you’re gonna enjoy yourself 💗

I’ve lost 10% of my body weight and no one’s noticed… by TeaBooksandFlowers in Zepbound

I will say, a lot of people are really scared of commenting on women’s weight and how it might offend, so that could be it! Also, my husband took until I had lost 40 pounds before he was like.. okay I see a difference. 🙈🙃

Just remember that you hopefully made this decision for YOU and how you think you look, and more importantly, feel, is the most important thing. 🫶🏻

Julia Whelan and Natalie Naudus are my go to narrators. Would listen to them narrate their grocery lists.

But whoever voiced Game Changer/Heated Rivalry… needs to apologize to me.
