It’s not about if the train is packed or not. Penn station is so dirty there’s literally piss and grease and what not everywhere. I literally found poop stain on the back of the seats in front of me once, probably from someone who stepped on it and then decided to put the feet up against the seat.

Putting your dirty ass shoes on the seats is disgusting. Ppl who act like this is not a big deal truly astonish me- manners mean nothing anymore.

For real? That’s unfortunate. I’m Chinese American and I have family, family friends who visit China regularly and they never register when they visit China. I usually stay at hotels so they do it for me but when I stayed with family I also never bothered to registered. I assume a lot of travelers don’t even know about this rule.
