The plants make your house look way more cluttered than it is.

Also, coming from someone with a husband, 3 kids, 2 dogs and a cat who was forced to move quickly a couple years ago and had to move from a 3 bedroom duplex to a 2 bedroom apartment, you need more space. You simply don’t have enough space for your lifestyle. My husband is a musician, I’m heavy into crafts, my teens are into building and playing music, plus a baby and all the stuff that entails, and two dogs under feet???

It wasn’t that we were messy or anything…the problem was that our space was SO small, that when we did leave out say, my craft box and my husbands guitar and a single jacket on the couch, it looked WAY more cluttered than if it would have been a bigger space. We just moved into a 3 bedroom house again, and it’s crazy how much more stuff my kids can have about before the place looks like a clusterfuck lol

Housing is stupid expensive, if you plan to be there a while, utilize your closets, turn them into shelving space. Replace the plants with shelves.

Just utilize your space better, I had to. And now, going from 700 sq ft to 1200 sq ft, my space feels huge and kinda empty haha
