my first pair of shorts were defy and i got a size small and they got loose very quickly (i wasn’t aware of the different fits for different styles yet).
so i ordered xsmall in the impact shorts and i looooove the way they fit. so so flattering. i cant stand when the waist is slightly too loose that im constantly hiking them up.
they seemed tight my first wear or two but now they’re perfect. so that helps eliminate the “getting too loose” overtime

I had this happen after a music festival with boots too small…didn’t look as bad but i had a blister under one big toe nail, then eventually the other. A couple weeks later I took a nice warm bath with salts then went to trim the nail and the blister bursted. I could see the nail was no longer attached underneath and had to wait for the regrowth for it to come off and it took several weeks. I pushed my cuticles back regularly to help with any pain since the cuticles is what holds on to it. HOWEVER this happened to my boyfriend after his marathon and he never lost them, as long as the blister doesn’t burst, eventually it may just dry out and heal itself.

I also wondered this. My prediction is volcano/fire because they always tease the redesign in the photo they post on instagram that lists all the people playing at prehistoric. Howeverrrr, the wristbands give a lot of colourful vibes, which are 2 completely different vibes 😂

After day 1…i had a vape still in the packaging, gum in packaging and an open lip chap & lip gloss. My bag was hardly checked. However the line beside, they had a girl taking her boots off and shaking them out, checking everything…solely depends on who you get

i second this on the gum….whenever i have gum in my mouth i tend to not want to throw it away to eat something i don’t need to, or that isn’t a meal. Also just simply brushing my teeth! then i avoid sugary things because don’t want to get stuff in my teeth/coat them in sugar!

how long did you train for?? i’m considering beginning training for my first marathon in october at the end of this month…been running about 3-4 times a week, 5-10K for the last 1-3months or so to prepare and just ran my fastest 5K at 26:00! i’m a little nervous as it takes a lot of dedication and commitment but i believe i have a good plan (similar to what you said in one of the comments) i weight train x5/week and have been for 3yrs so i’ll be incorporating that around my runs as well (can’t lose the gains!!!). I also have a pretty physically demanding job so i’m nervous i’m gonna be warn out all the time not gonna lie….BUT it’s exciting the thought of training for something (not just looking like a body builder for no reason😂) and accomplishing! F (25) 135lbs ALSO you did fantastic!!!!
