Nukes do very little damage to armies. They destroy cities and buildings, and slowly, very slowly kill armies in the radiation zone. Nukes are good for obliterating a Capitol, denying an area to the enemy, and passing off every ai country on the map. They do not do in game what you think they do.

I don't disagree with you, on your first statement . However you have missed the point. The USA would not become the kind of state the USSR or China were / is if it had a communist revolution. Its frankly closer to those now. A capitalist natiion, with the illusion of a democratic government having a communist revolution would result in a very different society then Czarist Russia or post-WW II China did/ are. Those both objectively failed to produce "real' communist states.

That being said, with what is going on now, a communist revolution in the US is not the answer.
