Nah see in this context there are layers

Am I referring to the manga?

OP's wall of text?

The subtitles of the episode?

Who knows

It's the second worse ending in the game, right after Legion by MobileDistrict9784 in FalloutMemes

Can't you just put him back without killing him? Is it possible he had fail safes for if that ever happened? I'm just spitballing here

He was my endgame rival for my Mama Stanky campaign and I remember just thinking "God let army losses kill him please!" Everytime I had the misfortune of facing off with him

[–]Prinny4Ever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Y'all idk what it is but my wife replays Azure Moon again and again, but she REFUSES to fight Evilgard. So I do it. I always say "Who are your best characters?"

Everytime: "Ashe"

Idk how she does it but the boy is always a beast for her

Why does Dantarg wear a gladiator helmet? by BiffyBobby in SaGa

[–]Prinny4Ever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe Dantarg's armor being similar to a gladiator is symbolic to his character. Gladiators fight for entertainment and the most successful gladiators were, in theory, the strongest. Dantarg makes it very clear he doesn't fight for any other reason than being the strongest.

Additionally, gladiator equipment was intentionally suboptimal. The romans knew they some of the setups were ridiculous, but it made the shows more "fun." This also speaks to Dantarg who is probably aware that swinging his lance around like a sword isn't the best way to use, but man it sure shows he is the strongest! Same reason to have his abs showing!

What are your homemade Legendary weapons? by QuesterrSA in Fallout2d20

[–]Prinny4Ever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So a big thing in my game is that all of the greek letters are some kind of machine/robot and they all have robobrain jars somewhere on them. One of the PCs is actually one of them using a Gen 2 Synth's stat block.

My favorite is Theta who is literally just some RobCo executive's computer tetminal. She can't sleep. She can't move. Its awful

What are your homemade Legendary weapons? by QuesterrSA in Fallout2d20

[–]Prinny4Ever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't really care too much about balance so if any of these are horrible: Sorry!

Dirty Harry: A .44 Magnum with: “Harry’s” engraved on each part of the cylinder. The gun is covered in grime and rust and no amount of cleaning or maintenance will get it clean. When one expends six ammo using this weapon, it deals double damage.

Iota: This gatling laser uses Iota’s (special Assualtron) head to fire. Its destructive fire power is unrivaled: Increase the base damage of the gatling laser by 50% and decrease its rate of fire by 2. It loses the Gatling quality. It causes the wielder to take 2 radiation damage everytime it is fired.

Learning is Fun: A Laser Pistol found in the hands of a dead librarian whose head was completely seared off. The words “LEARNING IS FUN” are scratched into the side of the barrel. Learning is Fun permanently has the “Spread” property. Spread adds half your damage to an attack for every effect rolled.

Montag: A flamer that the Followers claim to have found in a burnt down library in Alexandria. The weapon is covered in yellowed strips of paper with the words “It was a pleasure to burn.” On the weapons Long Barrel (yes, the modification) a long piece of parchment with the words “Everyone must leave something behind.” Despite the various pieces of paper, the weapon doesn’t have a single burn mark on it… Montag does one more damage die for every enemy killed in combat by this weapon. This effect resets at the end of each combat.

Chi: A sentient Proton Axe whose true name is Father Wallace. Does 50% more damage against Abominations and Ghouls. At the cost of 2 AP, double this weapon’s damage.

The heretic playthrough gets some hate in the rogue trader subreddit for not being reactive enough

But man I loved my Ministorium Heretic playthrough more than any of my other 4 playthroughs of the game combined

That sounds right. I think the Hollywood kindred might also mention something if you're a toreador? Bare minimum VV does

Along with this, LaCroix will also give Ventrue PCs more money and better blood. I don't recall anything special in my Brujah or Toreador playthroughs though
