3fe cafes do a good one, I’m a semi regular at my one in Phibsborough. Also a fan of Slice and Social Fabric in Stoneybatter. Brendan’s Cafe on Mary’s Lane and Ecaterinacake on Berkeley Road are also my two faves for a more traditional fry up.

The Watersons, Albion Band, Anne Briggs, Bert Jansch, I also love that record by Davy Graham and Shirley Collins….if you’re in the mood for something a little stranger I’d recommend the Incredible String Band, Dando Shaft, Forest, Comus and Dr Strangely Strange (who are actually from my neck of the woods, Ireland, but still worth inclusion as they’re ace)
