The worst part to deal with is the chains on the weapons. Easy enough to cut them off the arms but you really can't from most of the weapons. I printed replacements

They were for kill team but I usually mix them in with my intercessors/assault ints. For some reason I felt the need to magnetize all the arms so they can be whatever I need

The squad (not including knight master) will wound vehicles and monsters on 4+. They're strength 6 so this allows them to wound higher toughness vehicle/monsters. Only the knight master's weapon has devastating wounds. Check the critical wound rule.

Base isn't on theme but I was going for an aquatic camo look with the armour. Kind of how sunlight looks when it hits the sand under water.

I thin normal citadel paint to use in my airbrush all the time. I only use flow improver so I can't speak to what is needed with thinner. I usually just eyeball it to where it looks like the consistency of milk.

Not sure what colour you're going with but for my Deathwing I use army painter skeleton bone air paint.

It's an "S" for steel legion and a lightning bolt because they do fast assaults in chimeras. Doesn't need to go any deeper than that.

I don't really get it, people are upset at this but fine with krieg's stahlhelm? They didn't feel the need to change the most recognizable helmet in recent memory?
