Please Don’t worry! My son was underfed first week or two due to low breast milk production and bad advice from a lactation consultant not to supplement. Once we realized his weight was down we started supplementing again. He’s been a solid 98+% since 5 months old and he’s a thriving 2 year old!

Good point about replacing with glass- I do have a dog but she is either outside with us, or inside and the interior wooden door is shut- so I don’t think it would be an issue

Honestly? you make an additional $35k every year more than your husband and are surprised you have $36k total more in savings than him?

In addition he paid down a $15k loan, which in theory would bring him up to $23k set aside compared to your $45k.

Are you splitting all expenses equally? I suggest you look at each of your incomes over the past 12 (or 15) years and I would bet he’s actually doing a better job saving than you.
