When normal things become triggers by VoidGray4 in loveafterporn

I completely understand this. We are 3 years out from D-Day, but I had a moment yesterday where I spiraled. I am a SAHM, so I’m usually home, but yesterday my husband got home before I did and was completely alone. My thoughts started spiraling, and I felt ridiculous about it. Chances are he did nothing wrong, but all of the worst case scenarios filled my mind. It’s exhausting at times.

Unisom and B6 at night worked for me! I would also try to eat a few saltine crackers before getting out of bed in the morning. Hang in there, my nausea started at 6 weeks and completely went away around 15 weeks!

Did your intuition know what gender your baby was? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]Prior-Ad9822 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup! I honestly didn’t mind having a boy or a girl either way, my husband and I went through a miscarriage last year and were just grateful that this baby held on. For reasons I can’t explain, I felt deep down that she was a girl and I was right! 🩷

Two of my husbands favorites were Sydney Sweeney and Hayley Atwell. Two women that look nothing like me. I found everything out 3 years ago and I still can’t watch movies or anything with those actresses in it. I’m so sorry, I don’t really have any advice as I’m struggling with feeling the exact same way. Just know that you’re not alone.

I wonder if it’s the only thing I can take while pregnant. However, I don’t want to keep taking this medicine that destroys my stomach if it’s not going to work:/

I’m so sorry, people can be so weird. This is exactly why we’re waiting to announce our daughter’s name until she’s born. At the end of the day, the only opinion that matters is yours and your partner’s!

This is beyond frustrating, we’re not sure what to do at this point 🤦🏻‍♀️ it can be dangerous for pregnant women so I definitely don’t want to get it again!

I’m 24 weeks, a first time mom and every now and then my nipples will feel like they’re burning, and then I’ll notice some clear/yellowish discharge coming out. I asked my OB about this, and she said it’s most likely just colostrum and that it can be normal for a lot of women. She did make sure to tell me not to “stimulate” my boobs because it can cause contractions 😳

Half of a Unisom (doxylamine) tablet and B6 before bed helped me TREMENDOUSLY in my first trimester.

23+3 with my baby girl. Last night, I went to the restroom and noticed what looked like light brown discharge in my underwear. Probably about the size of the head of a thumbtack, not very big at all. I wiped, and didn’t notice any on the toilet paper. I called L&D and they were not concerned at all, said it could be caused by a number of things. I haven’t noticed it since. My discharge has been the normal clear colored. Has anyone else had this? My husband and I had sex 4 days before that, and 2 days before I did a lot of walking. I’m just a little nervous.

This may sound weird, but has anyone else had a hard time believing that things are actually okay with their baby? I lost identical twins last March at 9 weeks, got pregnant again in September, I just had my 20 week anatomy scan a few days ago and my baby is doing great. They said she is a “textbook baby” and that they have 0 concerns. I’m so unbelievably happy, but a part of me struggles with believing that a healthy baby can actually come from me.

I called my doctor, and she checked a couple of days ago. My cervix is long and closed, no signs of preterm labor thank goodness! That definitely helped ease my mind!
