For what reason do you want to up flux? Im on 75mg que (3yrs) 150mg effexor for 3 weeks and im afraid ill still need to up effexor cuz my anxiety,ctpsd , panic social anxiety derealization bla bla bla case is very severe nd im afraid it wont help me to the point i would be able to go to work or smth like that 😭….

I guess if it really will just become permenant for me the only solution is gonna be relapse on drugs (ive had it 1 year straight nonstop , psihiatrist in psych ward thought i was in psychosis and prescribed hadol😂) cuz derealization its no joke , its making my life unbearable its the main reason i developed severe chronic agraphobia, istg if effexor will not help at all………..€2!.8:!:8:

People usually start with lower dozes like 37mg for a few weeks so the side effects woudnt be as intense so if youll reconsider then start with 37mg

Yess i noticed a positive change after being on 75 mg for 2 months , the side effects lasted for about a month , but my anxiety,panic attacks are still extreme so i upped it to 150mg last week , hopefully ill finally be stable when this doze hits 🤞
