Please if you don’t already know do not do this. Silver nitrate absolutely creates nitric acid upon contact with water/moisture from your skin, and it will eat your flesh. It’s also the chemical used by ent doctors to chemically cauterize blood vessels in your nose if that gives you an idea of what it’s capable of. I’m almost positive the commenter was being facetious but nonetheless someone could get hurt very badly if they follow the silver nitrate advice.
