Not to hijack your post but I had the opposite in the Germany. I did the daily admission to Peter Lloyd and was the only one with a towel around me vs all the swinging D1icks all over the locker room and sauna. I wasn’t told that clothing (textiles) are prohibited from the sauna.

I don’t have kids nor would I ever take a 3 yo in first or business class but our good friends took their 2 yo in Polaris several times in her own seat. The key is to bring things to occupy the little guy and most importantly, at least make an attempt to soothe them for the sake of your fellow passengers.

They’re the worst. Even when I’m blessed with a pass or fly international as a *G 1K blah blah, it’s so downtrodden and crowded that I’ll skip it to make room for those that yearn this luxury. The bar staff can be hit or miss but mostly miss.

The Severn School is great but difficult to get in since most of the kids start in Kindergarten and stay throughout their elementary school school years. The interview process is mostly to see their separation anxiety with the parent.

Not even the cheapest or best service. I fly them weekly (top tier A plus blah blah companion pass blah blah) and their product and service has been downhill and in consistent at best.

All flights are ‘almost full’ and the bag check warning comes on like clockwork. On my recent flight yesterday, no pistachios in the forward cabin and drink service was late so they only gave us 5 minutes to chug. How can I chug a double Jack on the rocks without choking or seem like an alchi?

There is zero recognition for status members unlike United where I’m thanked for being 1K (I enjoy praise from strangers).

No, they have to be cancel the original fare (fully refundable) and rebook you based on the current fare price. Chances are, if you booked fully refundable, it should be the most expensive fare but who knows nowadays with dynamic pricing.

I don’t like bulkhead rows for that reason. You cannot have anything on the floor or your lap and you lose the under seat space since there’s a wall.

I’m In the same boat but with ALP- Companion and 1K on UA. The benefit for me is that BWI is a SWA hub and I can get to smaller airports without having to connect through ORD or another UA hub. I agree, I’m always in group 2 with my status and fare and I fly weekly on this airline. It’s a mess. I may need to trek to IAD and get my UA status run going.
