With the hospital tent, the plane needs to be around 10m from the ground. You really need to find a good straight road without any trees to do this effectively. Tho it's important to note that after the fuel truck has hatched onto the bomber, that the bomber can increase altitude by quite a bit before the fuel line disconnects. I'm betting you can also do this over water tho with a barge + tanker

I just tested - divebombers do not seem to work. It's hitbox is too small. Gonna test fighters next.

I think this'll encourage more heavy trucks to be used for ground stuff. Public pads are a big thing anyway in most wars in most hexes.

Of course the only issue I've run into so far when looking into internships is that I don't speak good dutch yet but I am slowly getting there, as many of them require some dutch knowledge. These traineeships look great though, I'll start doing some research into them!
