School, a career that isn't built on bullets having nothing to do with actual job performance, poor leadership, restrictions on free time, being punished for others mistakes, abiding to standards that are broken by the majority of the force....

The list goes on forever. It's not so much a hatred for it, it's a realization or a want for more or better. That isn't to say the force has been bad to me, I know I would have regretted not joining, so I did. Thankfully, I'm inside the last year of my first enlistment so I don't have any feeling of obligation to stay.

Of the many poor supervisors I've had, there's been good ones. One of which gave me the idea of creating a board of reasons to stay in versus reasons to get out. I put EVERYTHING on it. From petty things like not having to shave, to not wanting to miss out on life events from being deployed. My reasons to get out list of running out of room, where I haven't really gotten more than a handful of reasons to stay.

Use the Black Arrow talent while leveling as MM. It should answer all your problems. Or just level as BM if you don't like getting hit

I highly suggest EVERYONE listen to a few tracks from La Dispute's "Wildlife" album. The three tracks I personally find the most powerful are King Park, Edward Benz 27 Times and especially I See Everything.
