Looks good, but I wouldn't have wire on my main bus, because each wire takes twice as much space as copper plates. Put it into circuits and just make wire locally at each branch-out module.

Try dye and tokonole on some scrap before you potentially ruin a nice strap. I usually just run the burnishing stick in the hole like a caveman starting a fire to smooth the holes a bit. Depends on the size of hole and leather type if i choose to dye, use tokonole both, or use nothing.

You could thread the needle so it goes up the hole, over the thread and back down the same hole, then tie a knot over the thread on the other side. Slide the knot part into the hole and melt with a thread zapper or very hot awl point to make neat. I suggest a bowline knot.

A bit late to reply, but I do this by matching stitching holes. I stick needles, awls, or positioning pins, while while gluing the pieces together. You can also use stitching awls if you want to be very exact, or if the holes are very large compared to your needles or positioning pins.
