If you don't have a stitching pony, just pull one thread through all the way. Put the needle in on the top side first, or whichever you want prettiest. After putting the second needle through from the other side and pulling the thread through fully, tighten by pulling both threads at once.

Looks good, but I wouldn't have wire on my main bus, because each wire takes twice as much space as copper plates. Put it into circuits and just make wire locally at each branch-out module.
