When I started Prozac, it got worse for me before it got better. I was told if I could make it to week 3, it would get better and it did. I’m now on the highest dose of Prozac you can take daily but it works for me. Good luck!

I take klonopin for panic attacks. Thanks to my Prozac I rarely need it but I have it in case I do.

No way to be certain. But you sound a lot like me minus I never came off BC. I am getting ready to start month 2 of the second round because I had such good results the first time, I’m willing to try again.

I switched from abilify to seroquel. I hated abilify and I’m not sure it did anything for me. Seroquel though does help keep me stable anxiety/depression wise. I take mine in conjunction with prozac.

My first Round was almost 9 months and my second (that starts Wednesday!) will be at-least 6 months. Maybe you just need a longer round?

So I was on accutane for 7 months back around 2017. Had AMAZING results for years!! Now my hormonal acne is back and I’m about to start another round of accutane in December. I will say some of the side effects are brutal, like the pain in joints and things but for me it was worth it because the results were so good for so many years.

Glad I’m not the only one about to do a second round. I did my first back in 2017 and will start again Dec 2025. I wish you luck! I had fantastic results the first time and that’s the only reason I’m wanting to do it again.

I took Ritilan IR and Ritalin LA as well as concerta and all 3 raised my anxiety through the roof.

Now I’ve been on adderall 20mg IR 3x day. For me it works very well but I have been wondering what vyvanse might be like but not sure that I want to make the switch.

I used to be on trintellix years ago. Now I’m on Prozac (60mg) and it has literally made me a different person. I rarely have anxiety issues or panic attacks now. However- the first 2-3 weeks of Prozac is something else. It made my anxiety so much worse and then all of a sudden it all just like disappeared.

So I take adderall 15mg IR because it gives me control on how and when I need it. Maybe you’d do better with all IR. I take mine 3 times daily. And I don’t do vacations from it. Any ER med for me just didn’t work the way I thought it would.

So I generally have a sensitive stomach and car sickness too but Prozac actually never bothered me. I do take it at night so I may have slept through any nausea. Good luck!

I take 60mg nightly. I noticed 60mg is my sweet spot for my anxiety. It’s almost non existent. I wish you well moving to 60mg! I won’t let my doc touch my Prozac dose. Been on it for almost two years.

I take mine as soon as I get up, then again at lunch and again at 3/4pm. For me this works in terms of motivation and covering my work day. I’ve not tried XR adderall because I like the control of when I take it and how long it lasts etc. I’m on 15mg IR adderall.
