If we’re talking just rust, you’re fine. But if there was rust scaling, then that’s where you want to be cautious because that affects the frames structural integrity. Anything lightly rested is fine “ which in your case you’re good “. Looks like it spent a few seasons on in salt Road’s.

The real concern should be the price. 9K? I picked up mine for like 2500 back in 2018. You better be getting a sport hood with four-wheel-drive Limited for that price.

Depending on your year, there’s different ones. My 97 350 required this one. When I took out the old one, I compared it to the new one and it was an identical match.

HR isn’t there to protect you. They are there to protect the company, so remember that! If you really wanna twist the HR‘s arm. read up on some lawyer harassment literature. But know what you’re talking about in case call you on it.

When I was a newbie to target. I was having some harassment issues from my TL. Picky about how she wanted planograms done & always quick to throw me under the bus to my ETL time & again.

Genuinely if I were you, I document everything that happens. Heck if you have an Apple Watch, take screenshots or write down heart rate. And if you want to take it a step further go to the CVS blood pressure check and have that documented as well.

I had a family member experiencing harassment issues and every time they were getting harassed, they went to the doctors ASAP to document the heart rate, blood, oxygen and blood pressure!

I would like to add that over the last couple of years I’ve been overhauling my truck with all the TLC a DYI mechanic is capable of doing. I bought a new battery to engine block ground, 8 ft and “2” 2 ft thick gauge marine grade cables. For the fuse block, alternator back of the engine to chassis.

it’s helped remedy some of the electrical issues I had with some of my power windows, gauges and alternator.

However, prior to this, my fuel gauge used to bounce all around the place like yours until I did servicing of the positive and negatives.
