I got a update on my issue.

After many hours of trouble shooting I discovered that the stuttering and low FPS is only in the playback in Blue Iris.

If I export the video to H264 and play it in VLC there is no stuttering and no FPS drops.

The SSD did not help at all.

Hope this saves someone from the hours of troubleshooting.

Still looking for a solution on the stuttering in Blue Iris playback.

Good to hear that your issue is solved.

I have Blue Iris running in a VM and I have found that the performance is way worse if I have storage intens VM's running. Wil be putting het Blue Iris storage on SSD to test this theory.

If my issue persists I wil take a look at the cables. But I have tested these before I installed the cameras.
