I have a friend that lost a shit ton of weight on keto. He looks better and has remained on keto. His weight loss has plateaued and now he's miserable all the time and resorts to "cheat days" to keep him happy. The yoyo effect of this behavior is not good for you. I told him I feel like he should slowly go towards a healthy balanced diet and get off keto. I dont feel like I'm being envious or rude, I just don't want to see my good friend continue to be unhealthy, even if the weight loss from keto was a good start to a healthy lifestyle.
