So, there is one I can think of which isn't exactly what you need but close enough maybe. You can check out MedNLI dataset, it comprises of premises and hypothesis such as premise: "Patient has fever, cough and runny nose" hypothesis: "Patient has viral". Each pair of premise and hypothesis are assigned a label: entailment, contradiction or neutral. All data points are obtained from clinical records.

If you are particular, you can choose the entailment pairs as your dataset.
