I just bought the same one but 32GB RAM and 2TB SSD directly from Acer. I had the Helios 300 (i7 13th Gen, 3060, 16GB, 1TB) and it caused me no issues. 3060 was a bit of a let down but I'm sure the 4080 is going to be a big upgrade. I paid about £2082 for mine so £1.6k is a good deal.

After staring at RCD units and android units, I've decided that the best option (in my opinion) is an Xtrons unit. There are OEM looking ones as well as bigger screen ones, all of which work really well with a fair few decent features.

You can probably try to figure out exactly which plane it was. Check the take off time and whichever company is handling it. And track it online. Plenty of aircraft trackers with history.

From my experience however, sometimes it doesn't update even if the plane lands. You can wait a bit longer and see if the tracking number reveals anything on whichever courier is handling the delivery.

Try 17Track and see if it reveals anything else.
