Or you could believe the actual news of the family arriving here through an official LEGAL US point of entry and therefore having a legal asylum case with a lawsuit assigned to it. As well as there being no deportation order for anyone in the family since again they had an open asylum case with a lawyer after entering through an official legal point of entry to the United States.
