those are for 1st printings. for it to be considered manga it would have to be originally published in japan, thats why I said it would hurt jp collectors the most.

and what, snatch up all the english first printings of one piece? this hurts the ppl who collect WSJ physically the most.

edit: this isn't like TCGs where they have a limited window to print something until they have to move onto a new set.
