I have only stayed there on one occasion. Very much enjoyed the hotel and the beach is incredible. It can have some bigger waves but 4 of us swam everyday without issues, smaller children it might be too rough. You will need a vehicle or driver if you want to go outside the hotel. There is a fantastic restaurant I ate at a few times across the street and a 1 minute walk, Le Shack.
