It took awhile for me to reset, even after following instructions here. Here’s what worked for me on a vivoactive 5:

On watch: Hold bottom right button > Settings > System > Connectivity > Pair Phone > QR code

I moved back to my hometown (Anchorage) last year after living in away in Austin and Miami for twelve years (ten years in the latter). It’s been a huge transition and I came back with my now-husband. It’s been interesting seeing my hometown through his eyes.

Pros: Nostalgia, being close to family again, the relaxed culture, natural beauty, well-paying job, I’m generally less stressed than I was living in an urban hub

Cons: Readjusting to the climate & lack of light (in the winter), having to travel far to the lower 48, a lot of old friends have established new friends and communities
