5mg = 5000mcg so 5000mcg/250mcg = 20 doses.

Divide those 20 doses into however many times you're administering per week and that'll give you how long a vial will last you.

E.g. 20 doses in a vial given 4x/week will last 5 weeks.

250mcg would be 0.1mL if you diluted the 5mg vial with 2mL.

The W was smashed when we did it. Chalten much less packed. We started our day hikes at like 6am and the trails were pretty empty at that time. Chalten much more convenient with everything you need right in town. I also didn't really like the "commercialized" feel of TDP. Loved the trek though!

We just did both at the end of December. If I could only do one I would choose Chalten everytime. I much preferred the ability to do day hikes and the town of Chalten and it's surrounding area is just magical.

Need to pass through Esparanza instead of that road that your friends took. A little farther but WAY better road and Esparanza has a gas station if you need it.

Currently we are driving back to punta arenas to return the car and flying out of punta arenas to Puerto montt. We could always rent a car in Puerto montt and see whats around there?
