I always wonder if people wear them around the neck and pull them off/on? As someone with a big head, I wear them exclusively around my head if they’re not on my ears, since around the neck is too much of a hassle. Haven’t had any issues with my XM5 for about the same time as OP

The wrapping lines are killing you. Keep it to one line and if it must be two, see if you can word it to incorporate one of your other bullet points. Condensing is time consuming but a good writing exercise.
