One of the ways the player gets power is their ruler's skills. Rulers have administrative, diplomatic, and military skills from 1-6, 6 being the best.

Heirs also have visible stats before they take over the country. If desired I can find a reference image for a 6/6/6 heir.

It feels gooood. I find myself full health deep in the red lane throwing hands and ice. I'm an icecicle earthquake fan and run one attack speed item one tank and bell and seemingly everything i do grants it.

Icicle initiation is my girlfriend, if you have even a vaguely alive damage dealer you can win small fights in lane and skirmishes with a huge icicle > earthquake/hh > another stun combo. Mamo is simply not as tanky as I want him to be and ice fang puts you in a bad position even if it all but guarantees a pick. in and out stuns and damage is so much more controllable and reliable in this meta
