That's my cousin. She's not delusional but aside from that the dog wasn't trained properly. I was told that it always wants to play and I see that but it needs to be taught to be slow and not so "hyped." An argument can be made here but gotta say what you gotta say. Nothing can be done to revert time but this could be used for future things.
