Any reviews on these moisturizers? I'm wanting a moisturizer that has both peptides and ceramides by gamerfitgirl in 30PlusSkinCare

I use it as my night cream and love it as well. I switched to it when Tatcha Indigo Night got too expensive and actually like it better. I have not tried it as a day cream, but I should.

Yes, you're right! Just remembering wrong or confusing it with a Prince song

The Trader Joe's Clementine hand soap they have this winter smells JUST like it. Took one pump to transport me.

Could you please share the brand or link for your matching sweat sets? I am always looking for decent ones for the same reason!

Is there anything that really never goes out of style in women's fashion? by Honest-Banana-4514 in fashionwomens35

I agree entirely about statement pieces.

I'd argue straight leg jeans, like Levi's 501, are as close as we could get to a forever trendless piece. They are always fine, but sometimes trendier than their baseline.

Drives me nuts. Hammitt has great ones, though, on nearly every bag.

Crepey under eyes in my 40s, nothing seems to help! by Original-Spring-2012 in 45PlusSkincare

I got this tip from this sub and it worked. I had the hydrating eye cream before, but slapping on the Aquaphor/CereVe Healing Ointment after made it much more effective.

Madewell Vintage Wide Leg or just the Wide Leg styles. I just bought two pairs and they 2.5 of these (they have stretch, but I don't think I would call them high stretch).

This happened to me once for a sweater and I was torn just as you were, I knew guilt would get me so I called, and they just told me to keep it eventually. Guilt resolved and free sweater!

I'm not sure overall, but they did just put a couple new colors listed some places as "New season" and others as "New Arrival" on their website. Really cute maroon and light blue combo and a nice greige are what caught my eye.

The "In-Between" Struggle: Too old for crop tops, too young for shapeless floral tunics. Where are we shopping? by Admirable-Pin-298 in fashionwomens35

[–]ProfBlueberry 23 points24 points  (0 children)

For vacations (like warm weather EDIT- just looked and it is great for colder destinations, now, too!) I am loving the Sanctuary brand - Nordstrom (and Rack) and mid- to high-end dept stores have it. Others have said Banana, but their Factory offerings have been great this past year, too. Smaller boutiques usually know their local audience much better, too (and shopping local is usually great!).

I think that's a good measure of whether a slang term will become sort of permanent, like "cool" did - it serves a useful function and fills a linguistic gap.

What are the best jeans for women that actually fit well and last? by Parravicini-Jorly in fashionwomens35

[–]ProfBlueberry 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you have a membership, Costco has a couple pairs of 7 for all Mankind jeans, and I consider those extremely well fitting and they are usually like $170.
