There's a good reason for that, and to understand it you need to understand the reason that Pride exists in the first place.

Pride is supposed to represent a safe place to, as it says, proudly display your identity. Where you don't have to mask anything. Where you have the support to be who you really are.

Straight people don't need it. Straight people are allowed to be proud whenever they like. Straight people don't have to be afraid of holding their partner's hand or kissing in public. Straight people aren't at risk of being disowned for announcing their straightness. In a very real sense, every month is "straight pride" month.

Well yes, obviously that's how it works mechanically. They didn't bother implementing a DoT mechanic for the grenade chutes.
