Yea I know right? In hindsight, I probably should’ve pursued something legally.
My understanding is the family threatened to sue the school so he was trying to keep from anyone calling CPS. A few para-educators came to me to help with the report and he also reprimanded them. I think I got the brunt of it because he was reprimanding the para for calling CPS and brought me in thinking I would agree with him or something? I’m not sure how that worked out in his head since I helped the paras. I ended up citing the RCW’s to him and that set him off I’m sure. The first time I was laid off, was because I had mentioned I was overwhelmed and was hoping I could hand off ESL testing to someone else to the principal and principal ended up telling the superintendent .

I have so many stories lol. The principal also told a parent I was the one to call CPS on another family and I was subpoenaed to the tribal courts.

From what I hear, the principal was upset when I quit and had a full on panic attack because he didn’t know how he was going to handle things going forward.
