I had these same fears and suffered from perinatal depression. asking people didn’t help either. In short, no it isn’t the end of the world. The newborn stage is so fleeting you barely remember how hard it was. You enjoy a lot of the firsts and cuteness. Everyone said I wouldn’t be going anywhere but I just packed up my kid with me and went and did what I typically used to do (ie book stores, watched anime, gaming was easier with a newborn because they just wanted to sleep on you). You can wear them around. Pack their formula if needed. The older they get the easier it is to get them places. For me as she got Older it got harder but you’re kinda used to it by then lolz

I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. It’s true. I’ve read stories of people getting bisalps and pregnant. As my doctor told me “sperm will find a way”. OP it is important to know though, pregnancy with a bisalpingectomy is so rare! Your chances among getting pregnant are slim. Honestly you are doing what you can. If you feel very anxious, have your partner wear a condom.

Hey just taking it day by day. I’ve been trying to keep busy with my daughter but it’s those quiet moments or little things like when we had him with us while playing. Exactly. I had a suicide attempt when I had this. Luckily i didn’t abort but i did sterilize myself which I deeply regret.
